A wonderful marriage of peach and apricot with sunflower, marigold and safflower petals blended perfectly to create a delicious taste and delicate fragrance. It makes a lovely afternoon tisane and is my favorite tea iced. We recommend it for St. Valentine's Day or a summer celebration. It is best served with a touch of sugar or honey and is delightful iced with a twist of lemon! Fruit infusions, or tisanes, can also be used as a base for fruit cups, punches, sorbets, ice cream, and fruit creams. Play with your tea!
